Stand in each doorway with us
This is the list every room gets, in the order a visit moves through the house. It's the same list you go over together at the in-home estimate.
Living room
Under the cushions, behind the TV
Cloth furniture vacuumed including under cushions. Around cables (TV cables, computer cables, etc.). Baseboards and blinds dusted, glass surfaces cleaned.
Kitchen
Knobs, grates and the top of the fridge
Stove cleaned out, burner grates and control knobs. Microwave inside and out, including turntable. Top of refrigerator. Countertops scrubbed, floors mopped last.
Bathroom
Scoured first, then disinfected
Scouring of sinks, tubs, showers & tiles. Scrub and disinfect toilet. Mirrors, chrome and tile cleaned, cabinet fronts damp-wiped, floors vacuumed and mopped.
Bedroom
Two beds made fresh, no charge
Change the sheets on beds (2 beds free of charge) when you ask for it. Furniture and blinds dusted, wastebaskets emptied, the rug vacuumed.
