Why these jobs are not in the package
Some cleaning jobs take far longer than a regular visit allows for. An oven that hasn't been scrubbed in a year or a freezer full of frost is a different task from wiping a counter, and folding them into every visit would change what each visit is.
Fantastic Maid says it plainly: "Add on services are not part of the package and must be requested separately." You get the standard checklist for the rooms, and you choose any extras on top.

Beds, ovens, fridges and the space behind things
The list is short and specific. "Change the sheets on beds (2 beds free of charge)" is the one that costs nothing for the first two beds. Then "Full refrigerator and freezer cleaning" and "Full oven cleaning", the insides that the standard Kitchen list leaves alone.
"Move & clean behind/under appliances" reaches the floor and wall where crumbs and dust sit out of sight. "Remove clear faucets/knobs for deep cleaning" handles the fittings that can't be properly cleaned in place.
The rest are "Clean & sanitize toys", "Dishes" and "Blinds washed", for households where the daily load needs the extra pair of hands.
