Chapter 01
Grease collects where hands and heat meet
A kitchen gets dirty in layers. Grease settles on the range hood and the stove knobs, crumbs burn onto the burner grates, and the inside of the microwave picks up splatter every time it runs. Wipe the countertop and leave those, and the kitchen smells and feels used even when it looks tidy.

Appliances, then counters, then the floor
The microwave gets a full line of its own: "Clean microwave oven inside and out, including turntable". The turntable is the part that usually gets left in place and wiped around.
The fridge is handled from the outside in: "Clean top of refrigerator", where dust and grease sit unseen, and "Refrigerator and dishwasher exteriors cleaned". "Countertops scrubbed" means scrubbed, not just wiped over.
The furniture comes next, "Damp-wipe cupboard fronts, table, and chairs", and the room closes with "Floors vacuumed/mopped". Floors go last so crumbs and drips from everything above are already down by the time the mop goes through.
Chapter 03
When the oven or the fridge needs the full job
The standard list cleans the stove and the outside of the fridge. Insides are a different task. "Full oven cleaning", "Full refrigerator and freezer cleaning" and "Move & clean behind/under appliances" are all add-ons, and they have to be requested separately.
