Chapter 01
Soap film does not wipe off
A bathroom collects soap film on tile and glass, water spots on chrome, and a ring where the tub meets the wall. A damp cloth moves that around; it doesn't lift it. The room looks fine under a dim light and wrong the moment the morning sun hits the mirror.
That is why Fantastic Maid's list opens with scouring, not wiping: "Scouring of sinks, tubs, showers & tiles". The surfaces that hold buildup get worked, and the surfaces that only hold dust get wiped.

Scour, disinfect, then finish at the floor
The toilet has its own line on the checklist: "Scrub and disinfect toilet". It is kept separate because scrubbing and disinfecting are two different jobs, and the bowl needs both.
Then the shine work: "Clean mirrors, chrome, and tile". After that the parts of a bathroom that get forgotten, "Clean baseboards" and "Damp-wipe cabinet fronts", where splashes and dust dry in place.
The vanity is handled item by item with "Clean all shelves, fixtures, and items on vanity", and the room ends the right way round, with "Floors vacuumed/mopped" last so nothing drips onto a clean floor afterwards.

What to ask for when the room needs more
The standard list covers the surfaces you see. If a Huntersville bathroom needs a deeper job, such as "Remove clear faucets/knobs for deep cleaning", that sits on the add-on list, and "Add on services are not part of the package and must be requested separately."
